A deeper approach to healing & change
My approach to therapy is active, collaborative, and grounded in real-world change. I believe therapy should offer more than insight alone. It should help people build awareness, break unhealthy patterns, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful movement in their lives.
Drawing from both medical and psychological training, I take a holistic view of emotional health, recognizing the connection between mind, body, behavior, relationships, and personal history. My work combines evidence-based therapy with honest conversation, practical guidance, accountability, and deep curiosity about the human experience.
Therapy, in my view, is not simply about coping. It is about becoming more connected, more aware, and more fully engaged in your life.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices — tailoring the process to each client’s individual needs and goals.
At the core of my work is the belief that therapy should feel both supportive and honest — a space for grounded healing, deeper self-understanding, and meaningful transformation.
My work draws from several therapeutic modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Helping clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
The Gottman Method
Supporting healthier communication, trust, and emotional connection in relationships.
Motivational Interviewing
Helping clients resolve ambivalence and commit to lasting change, particularly in addiction and recovery.
Solution-Focused Therapy
Creating clear goals, practical strategies, and forward momentum.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Building greater emotional awareness, strengthening self-regulation, presence, and resilience.
